When done filling out your nutrition log, at the bottem of the paper please write a short summary of whether or not you met that days reccomended food amounts to be concidered as healthy. Include what you could of done diffrently if goals where not met or how you could improve your diet more if the goals where met. Also explain what you will do in the future to help reach the daily reccomended amounts to help maintain a healthly lifestyle.
