Daily Food Log

In the daily food log, each student will print one out and record what they have all eaten in the day. Each log should include everything that was consumed, even if it was a bite. Every student should remember to include drinks as well with each of their food logs.

If you preform a certain type of exercise remember to include that at the bottem of the paper. If you eat a home cooked meal or are unsure of the amount or calories just take a educated guess aftering looking it up online.
